The book about the UN’s 17 SDG’s

We need to act now and we need to act together if we are to meet the UN deadline and solve the biggest problems facing the planet by 2030. The 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) adopted by the UN in 2015 set a sustainable and inspiring course for our planet by 2030.

2030 NOW uses text and pictures to communicate the 17 goals in a striking and engaging way and is an inspiring coffee-table book with preface by Ban Ki-moon, 8th Secretary-General of the United Nations.

17 goals.
9 billion people.
1 future.

A series of breathtaking photographs by the renowned French photographer Yann Arthus-Bertrand – best known for his book and photo exhibition Earth From Above – depict what is at stake.

17 world-famous figures join with 17 artists and 17 inspiring local heroes to share their personal stories and perspectives on the SDGs, each setting out, in their own words, why it is so important that we all commit to a better future for all.

17 world-renowned artists celebrating and supporting the Global Goals, inviting us to see the world in new ways. Artworks curated by ART 2030, a non-profit organisation working with art as the key to achieve the UN Global Goals by opening people’s hearts, minds and imagination - to inspire action for a healthy and sustainable future.

“Art and culture, more so than politics and finance, are trust-driven agents of change. ART 2030 brings art to the negotiator’s table.”
